Black Bombaim

Cheers up, a new discovery has been made. Black Bombaim, only by the name you get all the indian dark feeling, and the asian food gets you high right? It may even lead you to a Ravi Shankar music style but no sir, this three gentleman are not joking about their music, let me introduce you a supernova heavy fuzzy jamming band, this guys conciliate some heavy ground breaking riffs with long jamming psychedelic journeys.

They've just released their first LP entitled "Saturdays and Space Travels", with the artwork in charge of Nat Damm (Monotonix, Akimbo, etc.). Its a long run album, there's no excuses for stops in between and you end up wanting more, because in between this psych journey, you go slow like walking at a peacefull green meadow, moving to some lion hunt in Africa and ending in a cosmic boom. Take a listen and share!

Such Hawks Such Hounds

Such Hawks Such Hounds explores the music and musicians of the American hard rock underground circa 1970-2007, focusing on the psychedelic and '70s proto-metal-derived styles that have in recent years formed a rich body of unclassifiable sounds. Special thanks to Jessica Hundley & John Srebalus for making this wonderful documentary, about true music. Here's a excerpt from it:

Orange Goblin (Roadburn '06)

For those who were there, just a small memento. The sound quality isn't the best, but good enough for a home headbanging. The password for the file is "istko".

Red Fang (S/T)

Back to the year of 2006, a year that brought us a new shining light to what we thought it might be a new end, or a new fresh beggining, if I may. This album its just.. awesome. If you dig some heavy furious rock than Red Fang will fulfill your music bag. Its fast, its loud, its angry, it has some raw shit going on with these guys, and I like it.
