Black Cobra - Bestial

It's amazing two guys can make this much noise. The duo of Black Cobra are a cacophony of dissonant guitar riffs, feedback, sludge and various mysterious noises. But they manage to pull it all together into something musical. It's very diverse, ranging from sparse acoustic sounding passages to loud, distorted metal riffs.

As far as classification of their sound, doom metal mixed with sludge and grind and a dash of stoner metal sums up Black Cobra's musical recipe. The vocals are abrasive and unintelligible, used more as a flavoring than a main course. Songs like this work better in small doses, and they keep most of the tracks between 2 and 3 minutes with only 1 really long song clocking in at just over 6 minutes.
